Own and define the product roadmap and create clear product requirements
Play a vital role in developing and innovating our finance automation products for public release (products are currently used only by our internal accountants)
Collaborate with the ongoing services and growth teams to develop a deep understanding of our clients, identify market needs and initiate new and innovative concepts to solve important customer and business problems
Drive product vision and strategy execution, communicate roadmap to key stakeholders, leadership, and customers
Lead cross-functional groups from engineering, design, and other disciplines in an Agile methodology to deliver on the roadmap
Get in the weeds: write product requirements docs (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, plan sprints, manage and prioritize the backlog, and test the services yourself as they are being built
Own product performance by setting proper success metrics, tracking and reporting on them to maintain visibility and accountability, and also inform the future product roadmap
Who We Are Looking For:
You have 5+ years of product management experience, focused on delivering quality software and seamless user experience
You’ve shipped new products or features end-to-end and managed all aspects of products throughout their lifecycle
You have exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to create close partnerships with engineers, designers, and sales
You never lose sight of the ultimate end user experiences that your products support and can articulate product requirements in both design and technical terms
You have an analytical and curious mind-set,using data to drive your product decision-making process
