Primary Admins receive the highest level of access and can control the other permissions of all Users in their Company or Firm. They initially invite and grant access to other users. User roles and permissions can be customized based on the software in use. Users may have different access levels for different Companies. When a Firm is linked to a Company, Users from the Firm may control access levels of other Users for both the Firm and Firm's Companies if they are granted that level of access.
